Гистоструктура головного мозга взрослых животных при малобелковом питании

The main task of the study was investigation the effect of protein-energy undernutrition on brain histostructure of ageing animals. Age-related morphological changes were analyzed in: different brain: regions (sensomotor cortex, cerebellum, hippocampus) using the experimental model (low-protein diet feeding to mice)., It had been shown that protein-energy undernutrition lead to increase of dystrophic changed neurons quantity. The electron-micrqscopic analyzis revealed the change for the worse of synaptic contacts parameters and growing of lipofuscin in neurons bodies.
