PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN ONLINE PUBLIC ACCESS CATALOGUE (OPAC) TERHADAP KEPUASAN PEMUSTAKA DI DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA

The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of the use of the Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) on visitor satisfaction at the Bulukumba Regency Library and Archives Service. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population consisted of library visitors consisting of students (SD, SMP, and SMA) students and the general public. The sample was determined based on the total visitor population of 50 people. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of multiple regression with the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that the content (content), accuracy, display format, user convenience, and timeliness had a significant effect on user satisfaction. And the determination (R2) illustrates that the magnitude of the influence or contribution of the effect simultaneously variable Content, Accuracy, Format of Appearance, Ease of User, and Timeliness of Customer Satisfaction is 0.850 or 85%, where the variance in Y can be explained by the variable (X1). (X2), (X3), (X4), (X5) against (Y).   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh penggunaan Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) terhadap kepuasan pemustaka di Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Bulukumba. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pengunjung perpustakaan terdiri dari Siswa (SD,SMP,dan SMA) mahasiswa dan Umum. Sampel ditetapkan berdasarkan jumlah populasi pengunjung sebesar 50 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data penggunakan kuesioner. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial berupa regresi berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  isi (konten), keakuratan, format tanpilan, kemudahan pengguna, dan ketepatan waktu berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pemustaka. Dan secara determinasi (R2) menggambarkan bahwa besar pengaruh atau kontribusi pengaruh secara simultan variabel Konten, Keakuratan, Format tanpilan, Kemudahan Pengguna, dan Ketepatan Waktu terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka sebesar 0.850 atau 85%, dimana variance pada Y dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel (X1). (X2),(X3),(X4), (X5) terhadap (Y).
