Method and device for detecting link quality

The invention provides a method and a device for detecting link quality. The method comprises the steps that: nodes broadcast detection information periodically; when a node receives the detection information transmitted by the adjacent node, the node transmits confirmation information to the adjacent node according to the detection information and evaluates the quality of a reverse link according to the time and the number of the received detection information and the time and the number of the detection information received last time; and when the node receives the confirmation information transmitted by the adjacent node, the node checks the number of the received conformation information and evaluates the quality of a forward link according to the time of the detection information which is transmitted from the node and is corresponding to the number. The method can effectively avoid misinformation when the link quality is detected.
