Dipeptide glutamine functions as an organic osmolyte in mouse preimplantation embryos but does not support blastocyst hatching at the same rate as individual component amino acids

ine receptivity (3), this study addresses the effects of stimulation more directly on implantation of euploid embryos. Use of more gonadotropin and retrieval of more oocytes were both associated with decreased IR. Higher gonadotropin doses could indicate a poorer ovarian response or that excessive use of gonadotropin is detrimental. Higher numbers of oocytes retrieved could indicate a more robust ovarian response or aggressive stimulation/ retrieval. Higher IR occurred when FhMG was larger, suggesting that LHlike activity improves oocyte/embryo quality. References: 1. Hodes-Wertz, et al. Fertil. Steril. (2015) 103:947. 2. Hong et al., Fertil.
