Antibacterial and thermal-insulation aerated brick and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an antibacterial and thermal-insulation aerated brick. The antibacterial and thermal-insulation aerated brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-3 parts of reinforced microbeads, 0.6-0.9 part of anhydrous sodium sulphate, 2-3 parts of hydrophobic fumed silica, 0.1-0.2 part of sodium dodecyl sodium, 10-14 parts of mineral slag cotton, 5-7 parts of scrap cast stone powder, 7-9 parts of gypsum, 40-50 parts of fly ash, 4-5 parts of aerated aluminum powder, 9-11 parts of cement, 10-12 parts of quicklime, 0.5-0.7 part of sulfur powder, 8-10 pats of modified walnut shells and an appropriate amount of water. The aerated brick has excellent sound absorption property, light weight, fireproof property and thermal-insulation property; by adding hydrophobic fumed silica, the compactness, strength and water resistance of the aerated brick are increased; by adding sulfur powder, the antibacterial property and corrosion resistance of the aerated brick are increased; by adding the modified walnut shells, the thermal-insulation effect of the aerated brick is enhanced, good water resistance and water-reducing effect are achieved, the weight is reduced and the anti-seismic property is increased.
