EVALUATION OF POST-OPERATIVE SERIOUS PATIENTS’ PHLEBOTHROMBOSIS BY CHECKING D-DIMER

2011
[Objective]To investigate the value of D-dimer check in the diagnosis of phlebothrombosis of patients with serious condition after operation.[Methods]By checking the level of D-dimer in the blood plasma continually and by the level, its persisting time(Viz peak decreased),deep vein thrombosis can be judged and discovered.[Results]Non-serious patients’ D-dimer level after operation was(0.77±0.16)μg/ml not over normal value. When it reached its climax,it could drop gradually. Serious patients’ D-dimer level after operation was(2.69±1.28)μg/ml. It rose higher and higher and was always at a high level.[Conclusion]If the blood plasma D-dimer level of serious patients after operation is normal or is not rising continually, the possibility of deep venous thrombosis can be safely excluded.;conversely,in advance it can find high-risk patients and timely carry on protective measures.
