Reflective Practice: New Insights or More-of-the-Same? Thoughts on an Autobiographical Critical Incident Analysis

Informed by some recent insights in the psychology of learning and problem-solving, the author discusses the place for continued development of reflective practice (RP) as a tool for the professional. It is concluded that there are considerable advantages in promoting RP as a form of continuing professional development.
