Surgery Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Limb Fractures

Objective To explore the application of traditional chinese medicine after limb fracture prevention efficacy of postoperative complications.Methods All 90 cases limb fractures in patients with postoperative complications were divided into the observcation groups and the control group,including patients with fractures of the control group only treated by surgery,the treatment group on the basis of surgical treatment combined traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the efficacy of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The effect of patients of limb swelling after treatment was statistically significant than the control group(P0.05).The observation group had postoperative nonunion in 1 case,infection in 1 case,fat embolism in 1 case,the control group postoperative had deep vein thrombosis in 3 cases,postoperative infection in 2 cases,in 2 cases,postoperative complications incidence of the observation group(6.7%)was significantly lower than the control group(15.6%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.325,P0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of traditional chinese medicine which used in limb fractures is good,and it can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,should be promoted and applied.
