An Advanced Technology Performance Measure Method for System

Arming at TRMs only accounts for the achieved performance instead of both the achieved and unmet perfor- mance, so it is impossible to reflect the aggregated risk. This paper firstly extends the technology category in TPMs. A new kind of technology is added to the traditional TRMs and the calculating formula is given. Secondly, the proposed TPRM is based on two concepts: the unmet performance and the degree of difficulty with the unmet performance. At last, two applications are given to prove the availability of the method in the paper.
