The invention provides a high-grease concentrate supplement suitable for endurance horses. The high-grease concentrate supplement comprises following raw materials: 9-70 parts of corn, 0.1-40 parts of soybean oil, 0.5-55 parts of bran, 0.5-40.5 parts of wheat middling, 1-40 parts of soybean meal, 0.4-15 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 0.2-20 parts of table salt and 0.1-16 parts of a premix material, and is prepared into particles having a size of 4 mm to be fed to the horses. The premix material comprises 0.03-5 parts of cobalt chloride, 0.5-8 parts of copper sulfate, 0.05-7 parts of potassium iodide, 1-15 parts of ferrous sulfate, 0.5-18 parts of manganese sulfate, 0.1-6 parts of sodium selenite, 0.6-10 parts of zinc sulfate, 0.01-4 parts of vitamin A, 0.005-0.9 parts of vitamin D, 1-20 parts of vitamin E, 0.05-7 parts of thiamine, 0.01-7 parts of riboflavin, 0.01-4 parts of nicotinamide, 0.01-5 parts of calcium pantothenate, 0.001-0.4 part of vitamin B6, 0.01-2 parts of biotin, 0.05-2 parts of vitamin C, 0.2-4 parts of choline chloride and 37-71 parts of bentonite. The supplementary feeding is preformed twice a day with 0.25-4 kg being fed for each horse per time.
