The invention discloses a system for charging an elctromobile by utilizing the electrical energy of a scene electric supply complementation street lamp. The system comprises a solar energy photovoltaic assembly, a wind energy generator, an LED (Light-Emitting Diode) street lamp, a scene electric supply controller, an energy storing storage battery and a vehicle-mounted charging machine, wherein the solar energy photovoltaic assembly, a wind energy generator core and an electric supply interface are connected with the input end of the controller; and two output ends of the controller are respectively connected with the LED street lamp and the storage battery, and the storage battery is connected with the charging machine. The system provided by the invention is beneficial to solving the problem that the electromobile can not be charged in time, the charging is inconvenient, and surplus electric energy stored in an electric system of the scene electric supply complementation street lamp is used for charging the electromobile; when the electrical energy of the energy storing storage battery is not enough, the electric supply is supplied to be used for charging by utilizing the electric supply transfer function of the scene electric supply controller; and the system finds out a comprehensive charging station for the electromobile, and is beneficial to utilizing the wind energy and the solar power.
