The private experience of using the bispectral index for adequacy estimation of the performed anaesthetic manual at laparoscopic operation on abdominal cavity organs and pelvic organs is resulted. The anaesthetic manual was performed on basis of low flow anesthesias with sevoflurane, which is adequate method of anesthesia at laparoscopic operation, and this is confirmed by registration of bispectral index and indicators of central hemodynamic.
