Random Vibration Analysis in Mechanical Environment of Satellite Laser Communication Terminal Telescope

2020
The accurate mechanical environment signal, simulation and analysis are satellite laser communication terminal telescope plays an important role in promoting the overall design and the related system design, satellite laser communication terminal telescope in the task cycle different stage experience mechanical environment is different, launch period of mechanical environment is given priority to with vibration, characterized by random time space distribution, main influence spacecraft structure, electronic components and related assembly process, etc. In this paper, Solidworks software is used to establish the model of telescope mechanism according to the qualification stage conditions of random vibration test of satellite laser communication terminal telescope. In order to obtain the vibration characteristics of the model, the modal analysis is carried out first. Then, random vibration analysis is carried out in X, Y and Z directions respectively. According to the vibration value given, the random vibration power spectrum is loaded to the model and applied to the mounting surface as a base excitation. Finally, random vibration analysis is carried out for the state model of the telescope mechanism, and three axial deformation and stress response analysis results are obtained. The results of random vibration analysis show that the maximum stress response is 171Mpa when subjected to random vibration, which occurs at the edge of the small boss near the mounting surface of the primary mirror shell. This value is far less than the stress limit of TC4 of structural material, 1140Mpa, so it will not affect the mechanical properties of the whole load. The maximum stress of glass lens is 10.6mpa,This research has important practical significance.
