2014
The result of the physical efficiency tests applied the students of the second cycle from “Angelina Perez” elemental school, belonging to the sport complex “Cruce de la Trocha” in Vertientes, showed that the flexibility was insufficient; that’s why a methodological strategy with playful tasks was elaborated, sustained in the motivation of the motive activity starting from previous and fundamental exercising for the flexibility development. After having carried out a characterization of the students and professors, by means of the use of scientific research methods and techniques, it was possible to organize in a logical way the studied object and to determine, through the epistemology foundations, that sustain the flexibility development, that even when the development of the physical condition has been treated in the literature, the flexibility has not been focused from the playful point of view. The diagnosis and the teachers´ current characterization allowed knowing that in spite of keeping in mind the characteristics of its students as well as the frequent work with the flexibility in their classes, they ignore the passive and active combined exercises and the games. The methodological strategy with playful tasks to flexibility development is focused in the elaboration and planning of previous and fundamental exercising. With the use of the strategy it was possible to maintain and to improve the levels of the students’ flexibility and to deepen in the teachers’ methodological preparation. The verification of the strategy effectiveness was carried out by means of critical opinion workshop and collective elaboration; which offered positive results and showed the possibility to develop the flexibility through the employment of this strategy.
