군 장병의 사회복지분야 공헌 활성화 방안에 대한 탐색적 연구: 경기도 포천지역 사례를 중심으로

Since the 1990s, individual’s social contribution, so-called ‘talent donation,’ and vol-unteering have gradually gained public attention in Korea. Currently, many individuals and corporations do volunteer work in the private sector. With such changes within the South Korean society, this study conducts an analysis for vitalizing solders’ social contribution. First, this article uses AHP method to understand needs of welfare serv-ices in the local communities. This study also conducts a survey to understand sol-dier’s interest in social contribution or ‘talent donation activities.’ Based on the result of the AHP analysis and survey, this study presents core policy, strategic choice poli-cy, and basic policy for the welfare of local communities.
