The production method of polyurethane artificial leather, in which using polyurethane granules 70-82%, lubricant 3-7%, foaming agent 1-3%, mixed resin 4-14%, filling agent 3-7% and colouring material1-3%, includes the following steps: uniformly mixing the above-mentioned materials in stirring machine; heating to make plastication mastication in Banbury mixer; further peptizing and homogenizing in two-high mill, and filtering and extruding in filtering machine to remove impurity; rolling in roller mill and drawing out the peptized cloth; binding the peptized cloth together with base cloth andface material in make-up machine; using foaming machine to make foaming agent decompose and foam at high-temp.; then embossing and making after-treatment so as to obtain the invented product.
