Backwash Effects of CET4 Writing on Teaching and Learning

Tests have great backwash effects on teaching and learning. This paper points out that reforming the test to ensure the efficiency in CET4 writing, enhancing the test theoretical level of college English teachers and adjusting the understanding of learners to CET 4 writing to improve the writing ability of learners.
