The invention discloses an elastic bone plate capable of reducing stress and promoting fracture healing, and belongs to the technical field of orthopedic medical apparatus and instruments. The elastic bone plate is used for fracture fixation for long bones of limbs. The technical scheme includes that the elastic bone plate is integrally serrated, a plurality of hollow pressure relief holes are formed in a plate surface along the length direction of the plate surface, and a plurality of elastic grooves are formed in two sides of the plate surface, are parallelly formed and are perpendicular to the length direction of the plate surface. The elastic bone plate with the structure has the advantages that the integral elasticity of the elastic bone plate can be effectively enhanced by the serrated plate surface and the elastic grooves, accordingly, the elastic bone plate can be used similar to bones, local stress shielding can be reduced, the stress on screws of the elastic bone plate can be dispersed, and stress concentration breakage of the elastic bone plate can be prevented; contact areas of the plate surface of the elastic bone plate and bone surfaces can be reduced by the serrated plate surface and the pressure relief holes, compression on local bone substances, periostea and vascular nets can be relieved on the premise that sufficient bone surface fastening area of the elastic bone plate is guaranteed, and accordingly necrosis of the local bone substances due to insufficient blood supply can be reduced to a great extent.
