Procedimiento para diseñar Sistemas de Información Científico Técnica. Caso práctico

The present work was carried out with the objective of developing a procedure for the design of a Technical Scientific Information System that contributes to knowledge management. Different theoretical-level methods were used, such as inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic, systemic-structural, and others of an empirical level such as expert criteria, classical documentary analysis, modeling, survey, observation and user study. A procedure was developed through the fusion of several international methodologies that work on the design of Information Systems.
