This bachelor thesis focuses on the measurement of customer satisfaction with the services of DINO Cukrarna in Zlin. It also examining the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the subject and to make conclusions on possible improvements on the basis of comparison with the theory. The theoretical part deals with the knowledge of domestic and foreign authors on marketing of services and retail. The practical part analyzes the strengths and weaknesses and measures the satisfaction of customers through a questionnaire survey as well.
