Implementation of Customized Design System for Commonly Used Parts in UG

A system for geometrical modeling and strength verification of commonly used parts was realized.Under the VC environment,based on UG OPEN API platform,architectures of the system was presented.Taking the standard involute helical gear as an example,the kernel process of building the three dimensional model with UG OPEN API was discussed.
