The invention provides a shooting device capable of controlling the shooting angle and speed of irregular sand grains, comprising a base, a bracket, a motor, control cantilevers, a brake lever, a brake slot, a turntable, a dial, and a shooting slot. A rotating shaft is fixed to the center of the turntable. The rotating shaft is supported by the bracket and driven by the motor to rotate. The rotating shaft is provided with the equal-diameter brake slot, and the central angle of the brake slot is 90 degrees. The symmetrically-arranged control cantilevers sleeve the rotating shaft, and are arranged at the two sides of the bracket. The brake lever is connected between the two control cantilevers, and the brake lever vertically passes through the brake slot. The turntable is internally provided with a space for accommodating sand grains, the edge of the turntable is provided with a shooting mouth, and the shooting slot is arranged at the shooting mouth. The shooting device capable of controlling the shooting angle and speed of irregular sand grains has a simple structure, and can control the angle and speed of sand grains.
