Francis DeLone, William J. Lowry, Lee N. Abrams, Taylor R. Briggs, Earl E. Pollock, William T. Lifland and Richard J. MacLaury. Also present were Staff Liaison Shelley Walker and Committee Chairpersons Joan Z. Bernstein, Mark Crane, Edward A. Geltman, John F. Graybeal, James T. Halverson, Thomas B. Leary, W. Donald McSweeney, Richard W. Pogue, William W. Sadd, Irving Scher, Larry D. Sharp and Richard A. Whiting. Council member Harry Kemker was not present.
