Anomalous hall effect in disordered ferromagnetic alloys of the transition metals
1987
Basic theoretical models describing anomalous kinetic phenomena in disordered ferromagnetic alloys of transition metals are considered. It is shown that qualitative agreement with experimental data can be achieved with an account of the non-Born-like character of carrier scattering in a random potential. A methodology for calculating anomalous kinetic coefficients for a coherent potential is described. Results are given on calculations of the density dependence of the anomalous Hall effect for real alloy systems using realistic models of the electron density of the states.
