Острое нарушение мозгового кровообращения у больной с гепатоцеребральной дистрофией (болезнью Коновалова — Вильсона): микст-патология или результат развития нейродегенерации?

The article analyzes the clinical observation of development of hemorrhagic stroke of the middle cerebral artery aneurysm with a break of blood into the ventricular system of the brain in female patient with hepatolenticular disease (Wilson-Konovalov disease). We attempted to determine the genesis of saccular aneurysm development and to establish a connection with the violation of copper metabolism in Wilson-Konovalov disease.
