Decapitation as an extreme occupational hazard-A case report

Accidental decapitation is a rare occurrence in field of medical literature. This is the second accidental decapitation seen by the authors in course of their professional duties. The present case deals with the decapitation of a young adult working as a laborer at a cement mixing plant on a construction site. Simple safety techniques and precautions could have saved the life of the deceased.
