Method and device for authorizing communication right in digital trunked communication system

The invention discloses a method and a device for authorizing communication right in a digital trunked communication system. The method comprises the following steps that: after receiving a communication right authorizing message sent by a PDS, a BSC starts a voice detection function, and sends the communication right authorizing message to a user terminal; and if the BSC detects a voice frame sent by the user terminal, the BSC sends a voice report message to the PDS, wherein the voice report message is used to be provided for the PDS so as to authorize the communication right of the user terminal. Through the method and the device, after the PDS receives one of an authorization response message and the voice report message, the PDS can authorize the communication right of the user terminal so as to improve the reliability of authorizing the communication right.
