Tube sheet of steam generator and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to a steam generator tubesheet that is installed to support a tube of a steam generator and a method for manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a steam generator tubesheet with a corrosion protection layer and the method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, the steam generator tubsheet having a corrosion protection layer comprises a steam generator tubesheet installed to support the tube of the steam generator, and a corrosion resistant metal cladded on surfaces of a primary tubesheet and a secondary tubesheet. The method for manufacturing the steam generator tubesheet comprises the steps of: cladding the corrosion resistant metal on the surfaces of the primary tubesheet and the secondary tubesheet; heat treating the cladded tubesheet; and drilling a tube mounting hole at the heat treated tubesheet. Therefore, the steam generator tubesheet suppresses corrosion of the surfaces and prevents denting and stress corrosion cracking of the tube, thereby improving structural integrity of the steam generator.
