A process for the preparation of a homogeneous conductive carbon nanotube-containing coating on a substrate and the substrate having a homogeneous conductive carbon nanotubes containing coating

2013
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a homogeneous conductive carbon nanotubes (carbon nanotubes CNT) containing coating on a substrate. Here, a carbon nanotube ink is at least partially coated on the surface of the substrate and subjecting the substrate with the applied ink immediately after the application of the ink 10 to drying at room temperatures over er-elevated temperatures. The carbon nanotube ink consists of water, n-propanol, carbon nanotubes, and optional ethylene glycol. The present invention also relates to substrates having a homogeneous conductive coating containing carbon nanotubes and 15 organic semiconductor elements including such a substrate. The coating is free of surfactants, binders, and polymers. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the use of the method according-according to the production of carbon nanotube-containing conductor patterns on substrates.
