Design of Fridge Compressor Control System Based on MC56F8013

Based on the advantages of BLDCM combined in the power-drive application,an MC56F8013 based firdge compressor control system is presented.The DSP MC56F8013 is adopted as the control chip,and the PS21265-P/PA is adopted as the power module.The rotor position of sensorless brushless DC motor is detected by back EMF method,and changed into phase conversation signal through software modification.A simple and practical method is designed based on PID speed close-loop control and realtime collection of overcurrent single.The application results show that the proposed method avoids the disadvantages brought by hall sensors,and guarantees the reliability and stability of fridge compressors,and decreases the production cost of fridges.The feasibility of the control system is verified further through simulation and prototype test.
