Optimal regularity for parabolic Schrödinger operators

In this paper we study the regularity theory for the parabolic Schrodinger operator $P=\frac{\partial}{\partial t}-\triangle+V$ under optimal conditions. As a corollary we obtain $L^p$-type regularity estimates for such operator.
