신장성 운동 후 국부 냉각요법이 혈중 염증성 사이토카인 및 ED1+ 대식세포 발현에 미치는 영향

2015
The purpose of this study was to examine effect of cryotherapy on blood pro-inflammatory cytokines and ED1+ macrophage expression. Twenty four adult men were randomly assinged to control group, cryotherapy group and hot pack therapy group. All subject performed eccentric exercise of knee flexion (10 sets of 10 repetitions, rest for 1 min between each set) using the Humac. cryotherapy or hot pack therapy treated for 1 hour. Blood pro-inflammatory cytokines, muscle damage factor were measured before and after eccentric exercise, before and after cryotherapy and 1 hour after eccentric exercise. Blood creatine kinase and protein carbonyl significantly reduced in cryotherapy group compared to control or hot pack therapy group (p〈.05). Pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, TNFα and IFNγ also significantly reduced in crytherapy group compared to control or hot pack therapy group (p〈.05). ED1+ macrophage expression was significantly reduced after 1H of eccentric exercise compared to control or hot pack therapy group. In conclusion, these results indicate cryotherapy reduced the proceed of muscle damage and overexpression of immune cells that help to recover from muscle damage after eccentric exercise.
