PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing carbon-contained aluminum or aluminum-alloy extruded materials, and the carbon-contained aluminum or aluminum-alloy extruded materials are provided to increase heat efficiency by expanding the surface are of the aluminum or aluminum-alloy extruded materials with radiation fins. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing carbon-contained aluminum or aluminum-alloy extruded materials (32) is as follows: a step of processing multiple insertion holes inside an aluminum or aluminum-alloy billet and inserting carbon mixture mixing polyethylene glycol with carbon nano tube or graphite powder in the insertion holes; a step of extruding the aluminum or aluminum alloy billet with an extruder to form the rectangular aluminum or aluminum-alloy extruded materials having multiple radiation pins (40,41) on which uneven portions (40') or waves (41') are formed; and a step of cooling the aluminum or aluminum-alloy extruded materials.
