Copper alloy and process for producing same

2006
Starting materials for a copper alloy are melted in a high frequency Schmelzer and poured (S1) and a milling (S2), a rolling and annealing are carried out. Thereafter, a rolling process is performed again (S3). After this, the materials at a temperature of 900 ° C to be heated for one minute and quenched in water to the solution treatment (S4). Subsequently, the materials are heated to a temperature of 500 ° C for five hours to cure heated (S5), and then cooled at a cooling rate in a range of 10 to 50 ° C per hour until the materials are cooled to a temperature of 380 ° C (S6).
