Realization of data communication in the power plant level supervisory information system

The data communications in the power plant level supervisory information system, including the data acquisition, transfer, process and storage, and the interaction of users with data-base etc. are the core objects to be studied. In the data mining aspect, to adopt a standard OPC (conforming to the OPC specification) interface or network monitoring means can solve the problems which to adopt socket programming can't solve, receive the on-site data correctly in time; in the data analysis and distribution aspect, the establishment of buffer data-base and to apply three buffers circulation formation storing algorithm, optimize the real-time data-base structure, improve the efficiency and real- time operation of system, effectively resolve the conflict problems in real-time data accessing. The Web-distribution-based structure of Browser/Server (B/S) is realized by using the combination way of ActiveX components and active server pages (ASP) applications, thus simplifying the ASP programing technology and helping develop the Web application.
