Pyridine and pyrimidine derivatives substituted ethenyl and its use in treating viral infections

A compound, or tautomer of such a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate of said compound otautomero, said compound having the general structure shown in formula (Ia 10.j): ** ** Formula wherein: CB is a moiety selected from the group consisting of Formula ** ** and wherein each R10 is independently selected from the group consisting of methyl, ethyl and cyclopropyl; X and Y are N; R2 is H; Z is selected from the group consisting of H, methyl and chloro; R is unsubstituted phenyl or phenyl substituted with 1 to 4 substituents independently selected from grupoque consisting of alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkoxy, halogen, -CN, -NH2 and -NO2, or alternatively R is unsubstituted heteroaryl or heteroaryl substituted with 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkoxy, cycloalkyl, halogen, -CN, -NH2 and -NO2; and R1 is -NH2; wherein alkyl means a straight or branched hydrocarbon containing from one to twenty carbon atoms.
