Effective elements on shoot-tip culture of mangprickle acanthopanax

The shoot tip of mangprickle acanthopanax (Acanthopanax senticocus (Rupr et Maxim)Harms) was taken as experimental material, collected from Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm in spring. summer, autumn and winter. MS and WHITE. supplemented with growth hormone (NAA. IAA) and cell division hormone (BA.GA.KT). were used as culture medium to conduct tissue culture. The experiment material collected before germinating in spring had a best result for culture. WHITE is a suitable medium for fast clone propagation of shoot tip of A. senticocus. and its somposition of growth hormone is BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L. The suitable medium for root is 1/2 MS+IAA 1mg/L. The growth rate of plantlets in the medium supplemented with glucose increased by 20%. compared to that in the medium with sucrose.
