ROAD paved for the custom design of genetically encodable RNA nanodevices

Geary et al . recently reported a powerful software for the custom design of large and complex nanostructures from a single RNA strand. These nanostructures can be folded during transcription in high yield and hold great potential for constructing genetically encodable RNA nanodevices for bioanalysis, synthetic biology, and therapeutics.
