An X-axis lead screw guide rail and a Y-axis lead screw guide rail are fixed on the platform body; a Z-axis lead screw guide rail is fixedly arranged on the sliding table of the Y-axis lead screw guide rail; a CCD industrial camera with a telecentric lens is fixedly arranged on the sliding table of the Z-axis lead screw guide rail; a constant-alignment coaxiality instrument is fixed on the sliding table of the X-axis lead screw guide rail; a lead screw guide rail is fixed on the constant-alignment coaxiality instrument; a transverse rod is arranged on the sliding table of the lead screw guide rail; a ring light source and a calibration board are fixed on the transverse rod via a fixing piece respectively; and the telecentric lens is arranged in a direction towards the constant-alignment coaxiality instrument. The problem that the traditional measurement means can not meet end milling cutter edge high precision measurement requirements can be solved, a milling cutter edge image and a calibration board image with the same amplified factor and high precision can be acquired, and image calibration and detection requirements of a machine vision system can be met.
