Weaving method for crossed three-dimensional five-direction fillets

2012
The invention relates to a weaving method for crossed three-dimensional five-direction fillets. A three-dimensional five-direction structure is adopted in the method, axial yarns are led out separately and changed in positions for fixation, and at the same time novel yarns are led in separately to prepare crossed fillets, so that the problems that the intrinsic performance of fiber can not be fully exerted in a surface of a prefabricated member and the like because woven yarns are mostly arranged according to the shapes of cross sections and the trend of the fiber is perpendicular to the cross section in the preparation of the prefabricated member with a special-shaped cross section in the existing square four-step method three-dimensional five-direction weaving process are solved. By the weaving method disclosed by the invention, mechanical property within the longitudinal sections of the fillets is obviously improved, and the inhouse performance of the fiber is fully exerted; and main fillets and auxiliary fillets are integrally woven to be formed in a net size, so that the integral mechanical property is further enhanced, the cost is reduced, and the structural weight is reduced. The weaving method can be used for preparing crossed surface reinforced fillets, the applications of the three-dimensional five-direction weaving technology in external skins and internal structural parts of planes are expanded, and the method has significance in improving the cost performance of a structural composite material and realizing structure lightening of the composite material.
