The clinical analysis about seaples made in china for the treatment of serious hemorroide in PPH of 152 cases

Objective To evaluate the effect of seaples made in china for the treatment of serious hemorrhoids in PPH.Methods To operate the Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage hemorrhoids of 152 cases by the application of the special designed round seaples.Results The average operation time is about 21 minutes,the time in hospital is 3 days after operation.98% of patients are satisfied with the effect of operation,no replase,no incontinence of faeces and urine,anus narrowness and anusifis after following-up of 1 month to 3 years.The operation costs from 1500 yuan to 2000 yuan,with the average expenses of 1750 yuan.Conclusions The PPH made in China has the characteristic of operating simply,safely and reliably,little pain,recovering fast,less complication,short time in hospital and low expense of treatment.It is deserved to be popularized.
