Far-infrared electric heating film

2010
The invention relates to a far-infrared electric heating film comprising a left conductive silver paste strip, a right conductive silver paste strip, a conductive carbon paste strip, a lower insulating thin film, an upper insulating thin film, a left conductive copper sheet, a right conductive copper sheet and an external power wire, wherein the left conductive silver paste strip and the right conductive silver paste strip are arranged on the lower insulating thin film on which the conductive carbon paste strip is arranged, the left conductive copper sheet and the right conductive copper sheet are arranged on the lower conductive carbon paste strip, respectively overlapped with both ends of the left conductive silver paste strip and the right conductive silver paste strip and then connected with the left end and the right end of the conductive carbon paste strip, the upper insulating thin film is laminated on the lower insulating thin film, and the overlapped and laminated left and right silver paste strips and left and right conductive copper sheets are connected with the external power wire. The electric heating conversion rate of the far-infrared electric heating film provided in the invention is up to 98%, and the far-infrared electric heating film has the advantages of obvious energy-saving effect, low cost, convenience of fabrication, no waste pollutant discharge, simplepreparation process and easiness of industrialization; and as the far-infrared electric heating film has a far-infrared heating effect, the heating temperature is not over 80 DEG C so that the application range of the far-infrared electric heating film is greatly widened.
