Update on the distribution of some mosquito (Diptera: Culicidae) species in Portugal

The distribution of certain mosquito species in continental Portugal, namely Anopheles plumbeus Stephens, 1828, OchJerotatus berlandi (Seguy, 1921), Coquillettidia richiardii (Ficalbi, 1889), Culex laticinctus Edwards, 1913 and Uranotaenia unguiculata Edwards, 1913, which previously had been recorded with either limited distribution or sporadic occurrence, is updated on the basis of findings in districts other than those in which they were previously recorded.
