Analyse des signaux pour un dispositif de mesure et de stimulation du système nerveux central

2005
One of the current issues in Neurosciences is to be able to simultaneously record the activities of a large number of cells within large-area networks of neurons, and to be able to stimulate in a dynamic way these networks in order to control their activities. The goal of the Neurocom project is to develop a high density microelectrode array system integrated on silicon, to record and stimulate wide-area networks of living (in vitro) neurons. This device will consist of an electrode microstructure connected to an integrated analog circuit (preamplification, filtering, multiplexing, stimulation) interfaced via a digital board connected to a PC for acquisition and control. In order to better apprehend the bioelectric and electrochemical phenomena occurring at the sensor interface, and thus to better specify the architecture of the system, the NEUROCOM1 prototype was created using discrete electronics and is currently being used to lead various
