Se realiza la cementacion adhesiva del fragmento con composite precalentado para restablecer la situacion inicial. Existen diferentes tecnicas descritas en la literatura a la hora de rehabilitar este tipo de fracturas, basadas principalmente en la presencia o ausencia del fragmento. Las tecnicas adhesivas han simplificado los tratamientos restauradores en fracturas coronarias y permiten combinar tratamientos conservadores, como la recolocacion de un fragmento, para mantener la forma y funcion original del diente devolviendo la estetica perdida.
