The invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) audio quality objective evaluation method. After a binaural synthesis, three types of bottom acoustic characteristic parameters of tone perception characteristic parameters, horizontal sound field perception characteristic parameters and height sound field perception characteristic parameters of a multi-channel signal are respectively extracted, and finally a subjective evaluation matching effect can be achieved by the process of a 3D sound field psychological cognitive model, so that a maximum correlation between the objective evaluation method and a subjective evaluation method can be achieved. According to the method, the binaural perception characteristic parameters for the tone and the sound field of sound source information in a 3D space are considered, and an objective evaluation result is close to a subjective evaluation score of a 3D perception sound field.
