Csp And External-Party Use Case Validation For Entice Project

In this poster is presented the three use cases made by Wellness Telecom as part of the ENTICE projectEN. Each of these use cases will assess the ENTICE platform. Use cases presented are formed by: A web application for project management, based on Redmine, including: time planning and organization of human and material, workflow management and ticketing system for incident management resources. A representative of software classified as Knowledge Management (KM) based on the community version of Alfresco. Alfresco allows creating a collaborative work within the company intranet for document sharing, messaging system, wiki, etc. Finally, the third use case is representative of a real-time collaborative platform, a system of unified communications based on Kamailio, SIP proxy, Medooze and Asterisk. The main challenge is to optimize the deployment (storage needs, time to deploy or costs) and elasticity (scale up/down without interruption of service) of the solution based on the demand.
