Tri-dimensional solid Boolean calculation method based on L-Rep model

The invention discloses a tri-dimensional solid Boolean calculation method based on an L-Rep model. According to the precision requirement of actual application, a tri-dimensional solid based on the L-Rep model is converted into an L-Rep model based on a sampling line. Sampling lines in the axial directions of X, Y and Z are used for representing geometric information of the tri-dimensional solids and comprising exterior boundary, interior boundary and interior breakage. Tri-dimensional solid Boolean between two tri-dimensional solids is converted into the one-dimensional Boolean calculation among the sampling lines in the L-Rep model and a Boolean calculation result object between tri-dimensional solids expressed by the L-Rep model are solved. The Boolean calculation result object between the tri-dimensional solids expressed by the L-Rep model is converted into the B-Rep model and used as the final calculation result for other applications. On the premise of satisfying the precision requirement of actual application, the invention realizes quick, stable and strong Boolean calculation among tri-dimensional solids.
