The invention discloses a curtain wall with an in-built panel. The curtain wall with the in-built panel comprises an upright post, wherein an inner upright post buckling plate and an outer upright post buckling cover are mounted in the front of the upright post; a panel mounting groove is formed in the side, close to the inner upright post buckling plate, of the upright post; a panel is mounted in the panel mounting groove; cross beams are fixed to the two sides of the upright post; an inner cross beam buckling plate and an outer cross beam buckling cover are connected in the front of each cross beam; the panel is clamped by the cross beams and the inner cross beam buckling plates; a gap which can adapt to deformation is reserved between the panel and the inner upright post buckling plate as well as the inner cross beam buckling plate and is isolated by adopting an assembling rubber strip; weather resisting silicone sealant is arranged outside the gaps. According to the curtain wall with the in-built panel, the upright post and the cross beams are placed outside the panel (namely on the outdoor side), a decorative buckling cover is placed on the indoor side, and the panel is mounted on the indoor side, so that the materials are saved; the cost of the curtain wall is reduced; the construction is more convenient and safer; equipment, such as a hanging basket, is not required when the panel is damaged and is required to be replaced, so that the maintenance cost is low.
