The relationship between Organizational Culture and creativity in Physical Education Experts in University of Applied Science and Technology

The aim of this study was to investigate whether there is a relationship between organizational culture and its subsidiaries with creativity in physical education experts in University of Applied Science and Technology. Statistical sample was 155 experts from the University of Applied Science and Technology. Research Methods was the correlation (cross - sectional) and instruments were the characteristics of individual questionnaires, Organizational culture assessment questionnaire (Sashkin) and Randsepp creativity questionnaire. To assess the internal validity of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha internal reliability coefficient was 0/91 for Organizational Culture Questionnaire and 0/72 for creativity. Levin and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for statistical analysis, to examine the relation Pearson correlation, t-test for comparison between groups, ANOVA and multiple regressions was used. Statistical descriptions of the existing organizational culture with an average 92/3 ± 18/5, which was the highest among subsets of coordinated teamwork and coordination with the lowest average level of change in the corporate culture and creativity expert was not too good.
